CANCELLATION POLICIES
ADULT LESSONS
Lessons are held RAIN OR SHINE
(with the exception of thunder and lightning or severe weather).

Students canceling with 48 hours or more notice will receive a full refund. Sorry, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will receive no refund. Students who fail to appear will also forfeit the entire lesson fee. In the event that CCK cancels a class due to lack of enrollment, severe weather or emergency, students may reschedule or receive a full refund.

KIDS' PADDLING PROGRAM
Cancellations made with 2 weeks or more notice before your program is scheduled to start will receive a full refund. Sorry, cancellations made with less than 2 weeks notice will receive no refund. In the event that Collinsville Canoe & Kayak cancels due to lack of enrollment you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Any cancellations must be made by calling the shop.

In the event of rain, thunder and lightning, Collinsville Canoe & Kayak instructors will lead indoor rainy day activities. Should there be more than one rain day during the week make up days will be available at the end of the summer.

TRIPS
Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the trip will forfeit entire fee or customer can transfer their reservation to a family member or friend.

CCK reserves the right to cancel trips for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient sign ups and hazardous conditions.
